Հայ բանտարկեալներու հարցը մաս կը կազմէ մարդկային իրաւանց պաշտպան Amnesty International միջազգային կազմակերպութեան կողմէ 29 Մարտին հրապարակուած տարեկան զեկոյցին Ատրպէյճանին վերաբերող հատուածին:
«Նոյեմբերին, ՄԱԿի Տնտեսական, ընկերային եւ մշակութային իրաւունքներու մարմինը (CESCR) կոչ ուղղած էր Ատրպէյճանին՝ արդիւնաւէտ կերպով հետաքննելու զինուած առճակատման ընթացքին արձանագրուած բոլոր խախտումները եւ ապահովելու, որ տուժողներուն մատչելի ըլլան իրաւական պաշտպանութեան միջոցները», կ՛ըսուի զեկոյցին մէջ:
Զեկոյցին հեղինակները նաեւ կը նշեն, որ Եւրոպական խորհուրդը անցեալ Սեպտեմբերին «մտահոգութիւն յայտնած էր՝ տասնեակ բանտարկեալներ անմարդկային պայմաններու մէջ պահելու փաստին վերաբերեալ»:
«(Բանտարկեալները) կը դատուին արագընթաց կարգով՝ առանց արդար դատավարութեան ընթացակարգերու: Շուրջ 30 հայ բանտարկեալներու ճակատագիրը եւ անոնց գտնուած վայրերը անյայտ կը մնան, սակայն ենթադրութիւններ կան անոնց բռնի անհետացման եւ, հաւանական է, նոյնիսկ սպանութեան մասին», կ՛ըսուի զեկոյցին մէջ:
Amnesty International-ի փորձագէտները նաեւ կ՛անդրադառնան 2020ի պատերազմին ընթացքին եւ անկէ ետք խոշտանգումներու ու այլ դաժան վերաբերմունքի նիւթին:
«Խոշտանգումներու եւ այլ դաժան վերաբերմունքի մասին բազմաթիւ հաղորդումներ եղած են: Կ՛ենթադրուէր, որ Ատրպէյճանի զինուժի ներկայացուցիչները խոշտանգած են հայ գերիները եւ այլ տեսակի դաժան վերաբերմունքի ենթարկած են զանոնք, սակայն նման հաղորդումներու արդիւնաւէտ հետաքննութիւն չէ կատարուած Պաքուի կողմէ», կը հաստատուի զեկոյցին մէջ:
Thanks for AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL’s thorough investigation regarding Armenian 2020 War Prisoners’ viscous treatment by the enemy Azerbaijani Government, this is absurd not cooperating with all concerned, we well know that War Prisoners’ are exchanged after war unconditionally and in humane manners by International Red Cross and families are anxiously are waiting to hear any kind of news from their loved ones. I lost my maternal cousin’s grandson Maxim Ohannisyan, Sahaki, 20 years old, the only son of his parents with his 6 other comrades who killed on November 2, 2020, I met him first time in Arshav, Ararat where the whole family gladly came to meet me in my late cousin’s house, he through himself on my chest while I was getting of his uncle’s car, to my surprise he mastered all Capitals of the World by Heart, I also had another loss 19 years old grandson of my late cousin’s uncle grandson, but my heart goes to all mothers who lost their precious sons, husbands, young women with little children lost their husbands due to the aggressor of Azerbaijan’s bullying President, Aleve, who claims that Armenian Artsakh and Erevan (YEREVAN) Armenian of thousands years and the first Nation who Recognized Jesus Christ. I am a descendant of two orphan survivor parents at 1915 Armenian Genocide and know well what they have gone through, my late mother grew in 3 Orphanages, my late father was raised and breastfed by his 1st uncle’s wife, separated from his 6-7 years old only sister. Shamelessly Turkey’s brutal dictator Erdogan still denies that 1915 Armenian and other ethnics happened. Many thanks to those countries who officially Recognized 1915 Armenian Genocide where 1 and half million were brutally murdered and exterminated from their own land by Ottoman Empire, then Talat Pasha and his criminal clan, I as Armenian want Peace and NO War.
